Cancellation policy

As valued and loyal supporters of my Studio you may have noticed classes and waiting lists fill up fast.
I know from speaking to many of you it is very frustrating not being able to secure a spot on your preferred day so please make sure you get booked in early.
In light of this I’d like to draw your attention to the cancellation policy. I want to make sure no one misses out so please help by sticking to the policy.
If you can’t make a class please let me know as soon as possible so I can try and fill the space.
Reservations for classes, workshops and Drink & Draw can be cancelled for a full refund up to 48 hours before the start of the class or term. This must be done via email to
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start cannot be refunded. There is no refund for missed classes.
I am a small independent Studio with limited spaces. I want to make sure everyone who wants to book a class can. When you book and don’t show or decide half way through a term you want to change to another day it is usually not possible to fill the space. I will try and accommodate you to another day when possible but please be aware classes are usually full. 
Please bear this in mind when booking and ensure you cancel in good time. I want to make sure you receive the best possible service from me.
If for any reason I need to cancel a class I will:
  1. Reimburse you in full for the class OR
  2. Reschedule the class.
